Public Hearing

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA), as the administering agency for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), announces that a series of public hearings have been scheduled to present projects which have been selected for funding under the Fiscal Year 2019 CDBG grant allocation.

St. Thomas/St. John District:

Construction Projects

• DSPR St. John Community Center Reconstruction

Pursuant to the Citizen Participation Plan as approved by HUD, the U.S. Virgin Islands is required to conduct public hearings at various stages of the coordinated planning process. The purpose of the hearings advertised herein will be to disseminate information to the public and also to obtain feedback and input relative to the selected activities.
